Ki-Nam's paper in ART

Ki-Nam's manuscript was published in Arthritis Research & Therapy (IF=4.148) on Aug 28, 2019. Ki-Nam and colleagues conducted the first genome-wide analysis of copy number variation (CNV) to identify which structural variations including large duplication and deletion were associated with response to the TNF-α blocker therapy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). CNV was profiled using fluorescence signals from a genome-wide SNP array. She identified the deletion at 2q14.3 that confers poor efficacy of TNF-α blocker therapy.

Congrats!

==========

Deletion at 2q14.3 is associated with worse response to TNF-α blockers in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
