Eunji's paper accepted for CTG on June 18

Eunji, Ki-Nam, and other colleagues identified host genetic and gut microbial signatures in familial inflammatory bowel disease using multi-dimensional omics data from whole exome sequencing, genome-wide SNP genotyping, and 16s rRNA metagenome sequencing, through a collaborative work with professors Hyo Jong Kim and Chang Kyun Lee in Center for Crohn’s and Colitis, Department of Gastroenterology, Kyung Hee University College of Medicine.

Eunji and Ki-Nam contributed to this work as the co-first author and a co-author, respectively.

The manuscript was accepted for publication in Clinical and Translational Gastroenterology (IF=4.8) on June 18. Congrats!
